I have
taken special care in the development of this site to
offer Buyers and Sellers a one-stop-shop in the real
estate market. Here you will find information on all
MLS® listings as well all listings represented by REMAX
nova. I launched my Real Estate career in 1981, and made
a commitment to hard work and long hours on behalf of my
clients, developing the professional experience and
knowledge necessary to produce the results you are
looking for. Through my consistent effort, and a
reputation for outstanding service, I have built a solid
client base that is expanding through referrals from
satisfied past and present clients.
With more than 30 years of experience as a Real Estate
Sales Professional, I understand today's real estate
industry and marketplace. I am very excited about the
future of real estate in Nova Scotia with the
announcement of the 25 billion dollar shipbuilding
program in the Halifax Shipyards. My RE/MAX Nova office
is central to the communities of Halifax, Bedford,
Dartmouth, Sackville, Fall River, Kingswood on the Lakes
as well as St. Margaret's Bay, the Halifax Regional
Municipality and Hants County.
I am a member of the Children's Miracle Network (CMN)
and The Breast Cancer Research Foundation. Each property
transaction represents a contribution toward research,
diagnosis and treatment in these important areas. I am a
dedicated community volunteer bringing my past
professional musical abilities to the entertainment of
the elderly and shut-ins in the Halifax Region. I
currently serve on the Board of Directors for the Nova
Scotia Association of REALTORS®, and I am a Commissioner
of the Supreme Court of Nova Scotia. I also hold the
coveted SRES® designation. (Seniors Real Estate
Specialist)
